Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days to make a return and must have a receipt. After 30 days of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged, such as but not limited to, Gift cards.
To complete your return, we require original form of payment. Returns can be made in store or request a return label to mail back.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, washed or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tgatta@sjprep.org and/or stop in during store hours.
